How it works: You own the client relationship and project management. We provide AI/ML technical delivery. Revenue share or subcontractor arrangement depending on project structure.

Technology Platform Partners

Who: AI/ML platform providers, cloud vendors, SaaS companies

What we offer: - Integration expertise (connect your platform to client systems) - Professional services arm (implementation, training, support) - Case studies and joint marketing - Product feedback from production deployments

How it works: You provide the platform/technology. We handle implementation, integration, and client delivery. Joint go-to-market for enterprise clients who need more than self-service.

Example scenarios: - Your platform needs integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, databases) - Enterprise clients need hands-on implementation support beyond documentation - You want production case studies showcasing your platform at scale

Referral Partners

Who: Business consultants, freelancers, industry specialists

What we offer: - Referral commission (15-20% of project value for qualified leads) - Co-selling support (help you pitch AI solutions to your clients) - No exclusivity or long-term commitments

How it works: You refer clients who need AI solutions. We handle discovery, scoping, delivery. You receive commission when projects close. Optionally stay involved as domain expert.

Example scenarios: - You're a business consultant whose client needs AI but you don't deliver tech - You're a freelancer who encounters AI opportunities outside your expertise - You want passive income from your network without delivering projects yourself

Reseller Partners

Who: IT service providers, system integrators

What we offer: - Pre-packaged AI solutions (chatbot templates, automation workflows) - Volume discounts for resellers - Co-branding and white-label options - Technical training and certification

How it works: You resell our solutions to your client base. We provide the technology and support. You handle sales, client management, and first-line support.

Example scenarios: - You have clients in a specific industry (healthcare, finance) who all need similar AI solutions - You want to add AI to your service portfolio without building from scratch - You provide managed services and want to include AI as a standard offering

Commercial Terms

Revenue Share (Co-Delivery): - 60/40 or 70/30 split depending on who owns client relationship and project management - Negotiable based on project size and ongoing partnership volume

Referral Fees: - 15-20% of project value for qualified leads that close - Paid upon client payment (not invoice) - No cost to partner (we absorb referral fee)

Reseller Discounts: - Volume-based pricing (10-30% discount depending on annual commitment) - White-label packaging available - Partner provides first-line support, we handle escalations

Subcontractor Rates: - Fixed-price projects or time & materials - Typical rates: £800-£1,200/day depending on expertise required - We invoice you, you invoice client (you control margins)

All terms are negotiable. We adapt to partnership structure that works for both sides.
